The brow chakra is located at the level of the forehead, slightly above and between the eyebrows. It is often called the “third eye” and can affect our eyes, face, sinuses and central nervous system.

When our brow chakra is in balance, we are clear-headed, fully trusting of our intuition and able to “see” what is ahead; when out of balance we may suffer from confusion and muddled thinking, have difficulties learning and have unrealistic expectations of others and future events.

The brow chakra offers us the gift of “seeing” beyond what is physically around us.
