I have been interested in complementary therapies for many years and have been using essential oils as an effective method of supporting my own health and feel it is really beneficial. This inspired me to study clinical and holistic aromatherapy, as I hoped to help other people too.

I did a course involving Anatomy & Physiology, Oils, their chemical make up & their uses, as well as 2 massage techniques, and I loved it. I qualified with Diplomas in Clinical Aromatherapy/ Aromatherapy Massage/ Swedish Massage in 2002.

I really believe in the power of natural remedies and the good they can do to work on a subtle level to help heal. Thats why I decided to put my training to use and work with Essential Oils to make natural health & beauty products.

I am a member of the IFA (International Federation of Aromatherapists). Members must adhere to the Registers Code of Ethics, ensuring a high standard of integrity & healthcare are maintained.

Using all the technical and admin experience drawn from different jobs I have had, have enabled me to make this website and to bring information regarding all aspects of Aromatherapy, to have help and advice available for fellow practitioners, students and anyone who is interested in Aromatherapy.

I have set up an online store for those interested in buying any of the blends I, or clients, particularly like, or have helped us. There are Face Creams to Foot Lotions all made with blends of oils made by experts with 30 years experience.
